Hi Bobby! Nice test, and I like the way there's almost always something new from you every week

One thing bothers me though and it might be because I'm used to scandinavian architecture and colors, but would you happen to have photos of a project you've done that has been realized? I'm asking because your materials always have this red/brown tint and I'm having trouble seeing past it.

looks like youve got filtering turned on for the driveway maps, i'd switch that off. Stone looks a little flat/pasted on too, but I doubt you've got much room to swap those out. Maybe render your disp map on the object as a channel, try some things in ps to bring out some more depth and soften the corners.

Some of those buildings are indeed gorgeous.

And yeah ok many of the buildings have a red tint.. I don't know why it bothers me, maybe it's a thing with the textures themselves

Here's the lake side. I don't have a landscape plan to work from, so it's looking a little boring. Personally, I'm not liking the design, but at least it's interesting.

Nice houses, they look very well built but They are not my style for sure...Too many things around. Specially the interior with the fireplace....I would hit my feet with every corner and furniture if I live there.
