Just Great; nothing more to say!!
Just some further questions :
- About lighting in general: is that just skylight and nothing more?
- How do you light the interior? Setting up a light inside, or hiding the
glass and useing photons for sec bounces?
Or do you use a standard Mat for glas?
thanks in advance

Oops CAD data, hmmm. I guess for some people on this board you will not be considered an artist. Well to bad for them . I think this is very very good. I like the angle too. Makes the car look dynamic, although it drives like a grandmother.

mc-escher - Almost no meshes.
Notoriousbug - It's called VR Object Worx.
Marc - There is a sklight and then an omni to light up some of the interior. It's always a problem to get good light both on the exterior and interior to make flybys trough the car, but on this car it ofcourse helps it's a convertible.
UBIKmh - Can't say, I've never driven one but I saw WRC and Markus' driving didn't exactly look like my grandmother :P

Yes it is a great render but that is due to a great model.
No disrespect Suurland because you are very good at what you do.

Plus there's the choice of camera angle, and the tweaking of how and where the reflections of the environment will fall, which is not easy imo.

You'd be surprised how hard it is to do a studio photograph of a new car. That's probably why they hire Suurland.
