    hi, there
    Here are some WIP.
We are still working on things to be add , and some improvements in the interior design. Every week the client brings new idea, so......things become very hard in terms of making the project.
    C&C are welcome.

        great work Doan
Building looks great. Love the concrete wall material and the rusty (well i hope it is meant to be rust) wall panels and louvres. Fantastic. Grass looks phat.
My only problems lie with the trees, shrubs and billboard people.
Looks like in some images the tree foliage is too large. Try picking shrubs/trees that co-exist in the same season. I know this is hard coz of limited supply.
In the first image the alpha on the shrubs/trees in the foreground needs fixing. My eyes fixed on these as soon as I opened the image. If your going to use alpha's, make sure that they are top-notch mate.
Balustrading seems to be fluorescent white. Maybe tone down.

Don't you wish clients would make their mind up and not change things from the initial design. Dam those clients.
Keep up the good work. Just work the 1 per-cent'ers

I have to agree with Keneth Koala on most of his comments. The trees in particular take a little away from the building itself. I think you'll need to place a little edging around the pond and see what you can do about the incredibly bright spot by the window in the first image. I'm not too sure about the fire hydrant in the second image, everything else looks realistic which makes the hydrant stand out too much.

The building is coming along very well, try and concentrate on fixing up the surroundings and you'll have a fantastic image

Thx guys for your constructive comments. You focus on the critical points where I really have pb.

Thank you Themaxxer for your trick. This is my first use of ftp site, so I was a bit confused with the correct syntax.... Now I got it !

To Kenkoala : you're right about the trees. I create them in Onyx Tree Factory. But once the Dxf imported in max, it became a sort of nightmare. I couldn't control the mesh as I planed to do, because it was a very low res. poly. (and I lost 1/3 of poly. in the transfert process...)
The foliage is really out of scale. I do agree, and I will try to fix that.
In Ps. I've added a tree in the first plan to rescale the 3d trees...I dont think it is enough.

To Matt_3D : The fire hydrant . hmm! I'm wondering if I will keep it there. I must agree that it's somehow weir. You know it's the kind of object that appears in the last moment ...
For the bright spot by the window, yes ! I've to correct it.
So now I 've to work on all that !
