    nice overall....a couple crits:
thewater color is probably a bit to light blue/green...espeially for sea water...maybe moe of a deeper blue...

also there is something weird going on your roof....don't know if it's your map or just artifats.....

I like the amera shot.....and the lighting is pretty good

Mmmm, I can picture myself there right now.
I would recommend building some hand rails around the structure/pier otherwise you could have a few people going for an unwanted dip in the ocean.

Fantastic rendering! Would love to have my studio there.

I agree with cocolas that the water needs to be a deeper blue, but that's a minor crit. Could you share you material settings for the water as I have had a few problems with getting water right?

looks cool, but its a bit too sharp, it looks a bit like a scale model
maybe add a little bit of depth of field, haze...
other than that its really nice.

              I like it very much

I like it very very much

It's excellent maybe I would like this water on a sand floor but now it's great anyway!! (i mean more trasparent and trough the water the sand)

About the sharp I like this kind of effect but I don't know how to get it!!

Is it natural from a great reasolution image or did u do something to get it?

                  ^^

                  All I thank very much.
became much the aid to me.
request the material to me and append together.
A bump map is most important at my thought.

The modelling is not the my work.
I am sorry for not appending.

                              great work!

just wonder what value you used in the material setting for the bump map... i already saw the internal properties but the value is not visible.

                              thanks!
