    Hello all.

This images are focused in a single vacations home, however, it is included in a set of nine similar houses, each one with 110 m2, located near the Bay of Troy in Portugal. The project was developed by the Portuguese architectural company "Modular System" for the Pestana Group - Ecoresort.

As Jerry said really, the lighting and composition are spot on and the details, particularly on the landscaping are incredible. Well done!

very nice.. only thing that stood out for me (apart from the lovely ground detailing) is the swimming pool.. doesnt look very inviting.

-the water looks a bit dark. do you have caustics enabled? im not suggesting tropical blue, but a bit more light.. looks like the pool needs cleaning

( which judging by the ground debris, it would. all the bloody time

must agree with the above, for as much as I like these images, the exteriors have a slight eerie look. as if the place has been abandoned for quite some time. the chair, side table and bowl of fruits by the pool, instead of giving clues of the houses still been inhabited, seem oddly out of place to me.. and yes, the murky water doesn't help either.

I'm not at all aware of the codes as I'm not an architect. What are the most obvious codes that it breaks ?

stairs and railing needs spindles every 6" and pool needs a fence around it. Those are the two things that jump out at me.

You may not need a fence around the pool in Portugal, and it seems to be glass panels in the railings.

i assumed there was glass in the railings but on 2nd look maybe not. (if there is then its a bit hard to see it)

Bobby, do you really need a fence round a pool in the states? dont think i've ever seen that. maybe if its on public property it does?

In ground pools, I'm pretty sure.
