I'm impressed! Sinner could you please explain how the hell did you managed to model this nightmare in Archicad???.
As a sidenote I believe that in this forum meets some of the mosd talented individuals in the cg area.

why model instead of displace..
get the zbrush and play with it... it is extreamly cool!
