Very nice, would add some depth/height to the grass to take it up a notch, the light direction in the background image does not appear to match the sun angle you have, otherwise very convincing.

Looks good, pool looks great. I'd like to see a color change at the footing/screed and some kind of cap or flashing at the top of the parapet and maybe a bit more variation in the stucco, just the bld'g seems a bit plain. Oh and maybe put those chairs back in the dining room

The black part of your chairs look like an error. If they are black paint you could give them some specular to define the surface better.

            design issue:

Why are there railings on the first level balconies?, theres no way to go out the house to the pool that way, unless you use a back door we cant see, delete those railings or cut them, and add a few steps to reach the pool level.

roark: it is simply a vray material with white in refract slot and falloff-fresnel map in reflection and noise map in bump slot.

dman3d: I will try to work on what you say... I am very new to vray... my 2nd render with vray. should I use displacement? what do you advise?
and it is a good idea to put those chairs in the dining to give more depth

j_bug: you are right about chairs. I will try to fix that

jedisalf: architectural design doesnt belong to me. so I really dont know why they did so. but as far as I know this is pool that doesnt belong specifically this villa but they share it with 5 more that arent in view now.
to tell the truth I am only concerned about the cg

I must develop my skills for the grass -I am very poor at it.
