    g'day

heres a WIP of my kitchen. comments and crit appreciated

    Nice start

There are a few things which stick out straight away (which I'm sure are on your things-to-do list)

Tiling on the bench top. Have to get rid of the weird black bit on the end near the camera. There are a few splotchies here and there, but I'll let you get away with it since it's a WIP

I like the stainless steel appliances. The layout of the kitchen is good, although you wouldn't be able to open the drawers by the dishwasher. :P

      light

if youre using vray light to illuminate the room from the window...i think its better you make it invincible and add a background..

          I agree, great work..

Three things that I see are:

The edge of the refrigerator? Is it a reflection? It looks like its displaced at the edge. I also think you would see the pull of the handle. If its two door, I would widen the shot to end the left side of the image.

Are those cabinets above or some type of furr-down the cook top? I think you would have cabinets up there.to compliment the cabinets below..If so, you need the hardware to match. If its a furr-down, the reveals seem random.

It looks like there is a large invisible vray sphere right above the glass cabinet doors....However, Im sure you will continue working on the overall lighting....

          Great work.....

Good to see you work again. What?s happen to your jumbo-jet renderings? Or is this the kitchen in your customized leer-jet?
I agree with matt3d regarding the draws and dishwasher in the corner (bad layout) aswell as the other obvious issues from fellow members.
Id also drag your fridge out so it lines up flush with nosing of your benchtop. Id like to see more detail put into the oven aswell. How about assigning the splashback some tiles. Something strange is happening with the rangehood. It seems to be crashing through the overhead cupbds slightly aswell as the overhead cupbd widths dont match the rangehood width.
How about increasing the overhang of the benchtop to the right of the image and adding some stools.

Looking forward to seeing the future images with the other issues raised resolved.
            Keep on keeping on Hen

Lighting is looking so much better now. You're right about the background, gotta get rid of it. :P You may need a handle on the oven, those buggers can get real hot The texture on the benchtop is looking better, just need to fix the sides. Keep up the good work Hen.

                  Looking better
Although, the benchtop material need to be more subtle and mapped better
The background it still too bright.. Strange colour paint for ceiling.
Definitely move the dishwasher coz its impossible to put it directly under the bowls of the sink. Generally they are under the drainage area of the sink.
