Really great - my only personal view is that the extreme wide angle lens distortion doesn't appeal to me for reasons such as fanblade top right hand corner.

(but as long as client is happy )

I like the wide angle lens on the first image, works really well and feels like a nice space. Definitely wouldn't want a living room like that myself though, too hard & cold for me. Looks more like a hotel lobby.

Have you considered using a slightly cooler white balance on your render? The walls are all very yellow.
