Given the lighting scheme I would re-consider the traffic. The light says "slow and calm" but the cars + blur say midtown madness...

Good point and observation. The architects request was sun down with lots of activity. "Make the building look attractive and busy. It has a lot of glass on the outside that looks kind of dead when it's rendered as being completely reflective." He had the project rendered by someone else, and it didn't turn out good.Bobby Parker

mmmm charming...
My suggestions would be:
-The immedate foreground is really bright. Your trees are nice and dark and match the lighting, but the grass has a strange color and is too bright for my tastes (especially the small patch to the far left of frame).
-I think the road is also a tad too bright. If you darken the immediate foreground, then add a curves layer, pull down the mids, and mask it from the bottom of the image to about the footpath on the opposite side of the street, you'll get a vignetting effect that will lead your attention away from the road and foreground. You'll just have to play with the mask to see what works.
-I would also warm up the interior lights a little. Looks a bit like a doctor's waiting room inside
-Your roof with some added geometry is a good way to express the lighting better also. Because it's low light, the edges of the tiles should catch some small highlights. I have no idea if this is a tiled roof or not so this might be moot suggestion.
Keeping it lively while getting rid of the cars would be tough, as it would seem unnatural to have a lot of people walking around out the front. It's just that the cars kind of steal the show at the moment. Tricky! This is my most hated thing about archviz. So many clients want heaps of people everywhere that it just ends up looking ridiculous like a fire alarm has gone off inside.
Your trees are the most natural looking you've done yet I think. I think if you learn how to do grass in photoshop you'll get a better result and faster once you've spent the time learning how to do it. VRayRawTotalLighting set to multiply over a grass photo is the bomb. Gobotree (see below) is an excellent resource for grass photos.
gobotree.com. If you don't use it for photoshop clipart, you can at least use it to find reference photos for lighting schemes. It has a lighting category that makes it really easy to find what you're after. Find something that has all the elements in your image (foliage, grass, road, diffuse building materials, some glass etc.) and try to match the colours and tones for each element to the photo. Once you've nailed that you can then go and do some overall tweaking on top. Finding a good reference photo and following it is a good way to achieve a more realistic image. (Gobo tree is being overhauled at the moment so it's a bit buggy).
One more thing: please, Bobby, get rid of that star flare filter. I've never seen an architectural photograph with highlights like that before...

Awesome tips, thanks! The flares, but the clients love it . I'll ditch them.

I think the last upload is a step down from the one that came before. It has a more unpleasant vibe to it now. Given the darker shadows and overall stronger red/brownish color. At least that is the impression I get.

Yeah the previous one had a bit more of a blue tint to it which was more pleasant
