Sorry to say but the only thing not shouting for my attention is the building.

I toned down that left front car, but it could probably come out. Also, I might remove the light poles, which I was allowed to remove in the two story building.

I just think if you are going to be dismissive about others work you best be sure yours is way better. I think yours is a bit better, but not way better. That is just my opinion of course - you are of free to take it or leave it.

Nobody was being dismissive; it was just a fact. The architect was willing to pay $500 for that quality, but wanted to start providing his client more. I get PM's and emails all the time about prices; it seems to be a mystery to people and pretty much the wild west, when it comes to price. I think the architect was paying a fair price for what he got; some would say he was ripped off and others would say it was a bargain. I saw the render as a $500 render, so it wasn't at all being dismissive of someones work.
