    Thanks

    nice image ML.
you have something strange happening to your grass in the first image.
i would use displacement for the grass on the second image, but you have a great ambient feel to the images.

what was your light set-up ?

Hehe ! thats nice you are asking me for light setup, my master Thanks

Free direct, with low evironment multiplier 1.65 and exponential c.m. -D2, B1. Nothing special I think. It was easyer to setup the exterior than the interior lighting.

Grass is photoshop in this case, yes displacement could be better. Next project.

      mark.

Some of your wood looks like it's mapped strange. Just around the doors is all that stands out. Wait on second thought can those window frames be made of soft unfinished wood? Not sure but anyway everything else looks nice and natural, the lighting is great. How did you handle the trees?

Nice images, i like the quality of light in the second image.
I am not convinced by the first image. There needs to be some direct light. I realise that you have 1 sunlight setup for the whole scene, so think about adding in another sun for the first image and switch between the suns for each image.

Would you share the weathered wood material?

                I like the second image!

In the first it seems you spent more time on grass and trees than on the materials of the building. That orange is very flat looking (and there's already graffiti on that new wall )
