Very nice image, but did you mean V-Ray for MODO, because this is the V-Ray for MODO forum.
How did you create the water droplets ?

Sorry, mixed it...was just talking to a customer on the phone, while typing this thread. In my head everything was fine
I've added the scene-file with all the textures for you.
The droplets were created with replicators. I haven't invested much time spreading them all over the surface as you might see, feel free to play around
