    Reza,
that looks awesome man. I cant stop looking at it while im trying to tweek my settings.
But none of mine are looking like that at all.
    hre is my latest update.

also when i use a free point area photometric light, and adjust it to 8500, it gives me an overbright image. and when i use the file you gave to me it gives me a crisp black image.
im gonna have to figure out something because im not going to be getting advance version anytime soon, and i just know that i should be able to get some good results with basic.

the photometric light schould be outside the room...shadow either vray or raytrace...and make sure the light is just about the size of your window...but your image is good enough...infact it looks like it was rendered by a pro...

          Thanks Reza!
I will try that tommorrow with the photometric light!
Thanks for the compliment as well. The one that you did with my file had me so frustrated, after about 10 attempts, i still could not get my lighting to be as well rounded as yours, but then again, they all started to kinda look the same and thats when i decided that ok, i was thru for a while!
Some of the things that concern me though are the metal shaders and the porcelin shader, i am so used to using the raytrace material for shiny relective parts that that was a hard deal for me. I think now i need to work on that for vray, I will get the advanced version soon hopefully. but i need to work on materials more now. Thanks again.
