yes it is a very early wip- dont worry.
I just wanted to send it so I can get feedback about lighting and camera angle or any other stuff while I am still working.
because otherwise, I always have too little time to make changes...

I have a problem with AA. when I use image sampling - adaptive or fixed rate- image gets too flat. cellular map on the walls dissappear etc...
this always happens in my scenes. I dont know how to make it better-working on that....
      here is the anti-aliased image:

uh, it still looks a little washed out, mainly the front wall somehow, it doesnt seem that one part is closer.

I like your grass. Is that displacement?

Pool water is looking good, but for some reason the pools seems really shallow. You may need to place a 'no diving' sign or someone may get injured

                thanks for your replies

                the grass is displacement.

yeah the water looks shallow I guess this is due to refraction. the same happens near a real pool too.

about washed out: I cant fix the problem. when I make it darker then the whole image goes darker...and the image is no more a birght sunny day.
I will work on that more...

I think the main problem is that almost everything in the composition receives direct light.

Personally I would try rotating the sun about 170-180 degrees (assuming it is targeted) so that the main facade wont get direct light, would cast shadows on grass and create more dark/bright variety.
