The floor is multitexture, which is hardly shown. I can barely get RT to work just rotating the HDRI, so I don't place much faith in it. The project is 4GB zipped, but I wouldn't mind sharing it for testing.

Hey Bobby,
Sorry for the delay, it's been hectic here at work for the last weeks.
So I just tried with the latest nightly as the one I had two weeks ago had a light cache issue on all the scenes.
So here are few renders done with your scene in 4k on 4x Titan X.
Not sure what your noise is at full ress so I just typed in a average noise lvl.
Keep in mind it's BF/LC, and nature of BF is that it will be more noisy as IR, but it gives a nice photo look as no camera will never not have any grain
Your scene took 5.5Gb of ram out of the 12.
I had to convert your scene to max 2014 and I think it throw few mapping out, not sure why, but it sill gives a pretty good idea of what GPU is capable off.
Times are saved out in the name of each shot.

Other than the UVW's being off, they look good. What were you render times?Bobby Parker

Indeed, they look good, and in think that actually, a lot of the noise is coming from really small bump maps that look like noise but when looking closer, is actually bump maps that are pushed way too far. Again I'm sure it's something related with the conversion.
For render-times, I wrote them in the file name of each of the jpeg links above. It's essentially 1.2h for the two bedroom and ~2h for the kitchens.
Knowing it's all BF/LC, it's pretty good, although I found that your scene lid by a so small opening gives a really hard time for the GI engine. My production renders are done in less than 1h for 5k and noiseless.
