The technical side is the easy part
Potential buyers don't care if their iron has the appropriate levels of dust accumulating in the corners... although we do, so we do it anyway. The main focus should be marketing and selling the place.

Yeah on your side it's all about feeling and emotional response isn't it - like in that sense I prefer the rendering style and architecture of Bertrand's stuff to the projects you're working on but his stuff isn't exactly all that welcoming for a rich new york family

If only all our clients felt the same way. Rather than having mental breakdown because the shadow gap is 3mm instead of 2mm.

eh, it goes as read that the architecture is exactly what they're expecting to see (and sometime we have to make it wrong so that it looks more right). all our clients are unbelievably picky about architecture because of how much money they're paying to the architect.

You mean the VrayClipper or the Camera clipping option. If it's the second, how do you manage to make interior images without it?

I have never used either clippers. I see now that you really have to use them together.

They were not over impressed with the deck space, so they'll probably not use it. They did ask me to remove the telescope, beam, and show less sky.
