I am not sure about the design, or the illustration for that matter, but here is the first iteration.
The architect did his own, which I thought I would share. I only share because, in our initial correspondence, he said that they do their own photorealistic renderings, however, they needed it better. The point of the story is, we need to sell with pictures and not with words. Cold calling or emailing, without proof, photorealistic means different things to different people.
