Bad shadows, I'll have to fix that. I was having issues with IES lights; they simply didn't work. No matter how high I set the intensity, nothing happened.

Is it just shadow? It looks like a bit of sky is peeking through sections of the roof

It does look like it's tree shadows from an IES. Try and override the shape, choose circle and give it a 4-6" diameter. See if that helps. Maybe even larger? It should help soften the shadows.

Hehe I'm seeing the same thing as AJ

Ditch the IES and just use a normal plane light in spolight mode

Crazy amount of steps. When I have time I will go through it, my roads do need work.

I mean a normal VRayLight "Plane" or "Disc" and then enable the directional parameter. Default is 0.0
Try a value of 0.7 or maybe 0.6. You can also switch on the preview mode to "selected"
It basically angles the beams from the lights inwards, like a spotlight or flash light. Works well for this kind of situation
                    Kind Regards,
                    Morne

Some updates. This one is tough. I don't know if it's just the design, my perspective, or a combination of things. The client likes it, so I guess that's the goal. I gave to do a courtyard view, which I'll post later.

This is looking really nice Bobby. The one thing that sticks out to me is the texture map on your wood fence. It looks like a quarter sawn wood pattern with lots of figure (looks great for furniture, but not realistic for fence material). It should probably be a flat sawn wood pattern, which is what is typically used for fence material. Of course, if you're using some kind of spec'd material, ignore my post entirely. Except for the "looking really nice" part....
