Thanks for the kind words.
For the hand held camera, well, it's hand held footage that has been 3D tracked and re-placed in the scene. I did this with my iPhone so no fancy equipment needed.
That's why it feels natural and not nauseous, because it's literally "real" motion. I guess that's my VFX background that kicks in and make we do things that are not conventional for archviz

If you look closely we can see some wire-frame of the basic 3D model I create to align the cam.
For the color grading, sure there is some, but nothing extensive as it has to be working on motion, and to be honest, I didn't wanted to complicated too much. In fact, I only rendered out the beauty pass and no passes so it's literally some CC on top of the raw render, that's all.
I'm attaching few still frames to see before and after
