Looks nice, though for some reason i don't get that "sunny" feeling... Also all of those people look like they are staring at the pool with "something is definitely wrong with it , i will not go in , nonono!" But maybe it's just my fantasy !

I am getting a landscape plan, so I'll be back in the project and work on things. I tried to boost things to portray sun, but I probably back out to much.

You're hiding in the bushes again.

It's a little too hazy, your sun has super soft shadows that are getting very dark. florida skies are a super rich blue too. (people expect them to look like this if you're going with midday - https://tinylessonsblog.files.wordpr...ach-edited.jpg )

letting some dappled shadows fall into the foreground to break it up and on the right would help. might need to thin out the palms you have in there so the light can actually pass through them.
If you have time, moving the sun so it's lower and pointing towards the camera more would be a good look to explore - you'll be able to make it much more dramatic and bring in some color in - instead of being limited to white-black, you can bring more detail into everything by separating the sun/shade with color too. Something like the colors and brightness values on this - http://orlando.regency.hyatt.com/con...l-1280x427.jpg

Actually, I tried the sun coming from the upper right, as a sunset, but it didn't really work, I think maybe I need a road trip to Florida.

Excellent advice from Neil - just do that

Bring the view out into the open, sunlit space where the guests would want to be. Foreground interest like planting is important, but this feels more like hiding in a dark corner.

Yes! Totally agree. I tried to lift the darker shadows I was in, but it didn't do much, so I just ran with it. Once I get the landscape plan I'll have an opportunity to tweak things further.

Update! I moved more into the scene, added more detail, and made it more 'sunny' in post production.

Jip the one with less color is a winner I think. Except those 3D people is seriously not working in this case! Try using 2D people instead for this one.
That fountain/watefall also looks a bit err off. USe the photoshop paintbrush trick from that scene way back with the deer on the fountain in that nature park you did.
Can you get a little more sun in the foreground?

I got rid of the people that totally didn't work and left these. I don't have very good luck with 2D people.

Street side. Not as nice, but they wanted it done.

Still nice, just fix the shrubs bottom left. Also, maybe add a SUV with some surfboards on top?

I originally had cars, but I removed them. I'll see if I can find a cool van and put surf boards on it. Actually, now that I think about it, I did one for another project.
