I think you should photoshop out or re-render with a slightly different sun position to eliminate that jagged looking vertical strip of light on the building.

I caught that, but it was too late. This is the first iterations, so I'll tweak the sun for the next update.

Looks great Bobby! A couple things stick out to me. Grass is growing over the sidewalk on the left-hand side of the image. The white columns on the right-hand side of the building - the 3 left-most columns appear to be floating above the ground (and there's two strange dark spots on the ground too).

whole image could use a little more breathing room. right now you have everything crammed into that frame. border line claustrophobic. if you didn't have tilt shift/perspective control applied, then you would have some really heavy keystoning - so i would also consider raising the camera a floor and see what happens..... just my two cents

I actually had to crop it in post because I was getting heaving halo'ing so I couldn't paste trees in the back.

ok, but that makes absolutely no sense.

in general you portray a strong sense of insecurity which ( I can only assume ) translates over to your need for reassurance on the business side which I have no doubt your clients are taking full advantage of.

either way it's toast....... take it with a grain of salt or butter it to your advantage.

This is true in general, but sometimes there is no other choice. There may be ugly buildings either side, or a different development or whatever. The client may insist in a "crop" because they don't want to see the rest of the frame and possibly give a false sense of the development for whatever reason. Yes there are creative ways around this, but not always feasible or possible. I think if anyone on here knows the basic rules of composition, then that person is Bobby, however we can't always follow the rules, for whatever reason...

Again, I had to crop out some bad parts of the image for times sake. Here is an update.

Looks nice, but the planting area bottom left still looks weird, parts sticking out and stepping strangely. Also, the short grass preset here doesnt look as nice as your usual renders?

I am trying to use Forest Pack Pro for my grass, however, Autograss seems still to work better for me.

Thanks. I think I'll remove the forground tree in the second image, to see more pool, but overall they kind of work.
