INteresting story, glad you ended up getting paid for your work. This one is really good. I LOVE that first perspective, the one point perspective works really well. The grass is really nice. I can't ever seem to get it looking like lawn.

thanks! I have been using Forest Pro grass and pasting a picture of grass over in post. It's a tip I learned from the forum and I use all the time.

The architect changed my initial views and after a dozen iterations, now she is wondering why things look distorted. I copied her an email, that I sent her way back when, about the issue we'll have with a wide lens. Now she wants me to make things smaller, that are being distorted, including overhangs. This will become some perspective puzzle. I think people except lens distortion and by trying to fake it, it'll confuse people and they'll know something isn't right and be turned off. Thank god their deadline is Monday, because I am about to start kicking people in the shin.
