the new camera angle is definitely an improvement.
if you're still tweaking, possibly drop the car on the r/h side down into the road a bit more? it looks a bit light on it's wheels.when the going gets weird, the weird turn pro - hunter s. thompson

This is super picky, but I would get nailed at my office if I showed the curb and gutter the way that you have it shown. The edge of the curb at street level is supposed to be flush with the street, not raised the way you have it shown. Otherwise, nice stuff.

When I open it, I only see the parking, the auto dealer itself seems to be closed, like everyone has stopped working and goes back home/ to the bar.
That might come from the overbusy asphalt and the huge amount of car on it. Depending of it's material of course, the facade tiles lack glossies.
I don't know your client brief and I don't mean to be negative, looking good, just telling you what I feel when opening it.Last edited by chris-x//; 06-06-2016, 06:44 AM.

Much appreciated! The cars are all Honda's, so it is a full lot of cars for sale. I wish I could have had time and information for the inside, but that part hasn't been designed yet. I have to work on my dry large area asphalt, but I have yet to create something good enough for large areas. The wet look is a very easy way to pull it off, at least for me,Bobby Parker

for the large areas of concrete i would suggest a few things, you could like me break up the asphalt if need and just uv map it and paint on a texture, its much better than doing it procedurally and renders fasterArchitectural and Product Visualization at MITVIZ
