thanks for the texture links - i'll check them out - grass is watered with about 40 gigs at render time - on the fence whether or not to try out forest pack to see if that would help memory load at render time because it's getting pretty heavy

Looks quite good though you need more randomizations on models and grass, i can see repititions and tiling.Available for remote work.

Thats what I thought, that it was freshly mowed
The only thing that stood out to me is the hedge with the obvious duplication. I agree that forest is the best option but if thats not an option the current one you have I would do some random scaling and rotation to the other instances to break it up a bit. Other than that nice work!
