    Hi Reza,

I think the best solution is Dreamscape 2.0 :

Take a look at this animation :

I'd reduce the wave size in this scene as it's making the boats look like toy models. But if you want some 'wake' off the boats and it's going to be a still image- I'd just do it in Photoshop (use a dispersed semi-opaque paintbrush set to white) around the hull. You might want to add some wake after the hull as well. I realize that this is 'cheating' but hey - it works. Oh and you may want to add some smoke from the chimneys.

hey Reza...there's a free plugin by blur studios called wake.
u can get it at maxplugins.de.
it will create a wake for u.
i am afraid to render foam u ll need to create animated maps or something if u dont use dreamscape.
also next limit's realwave can do the same with nice particle dynamics and
          foam texture....plus the wake.

Why so dark now? If it's saposed to be that dark then some patches of sunlight here and there would look cool. I liked the GI on the hulls in the first and it seams like you should have a hint of caustics (faked would look good) on the hull likewise.
