        Great image.

Watch the tiling of the brown wall texture.
The grey blocks are concrete? If so they are too shiny.

Hello!! i like the ambient you always get in your renders, the ligth is great!!, i agree with hughg, your carpet look like if was conected to the electricity system...

Another thing, at the end of your beams you can see a little spot of ligth like if they was'nt attached to the wall, the same thing happen below the mezanine.

          Great work!!

            nice work

I agree w/ the carrpet being too overgrown......and the shadows are a bit too crisp...try using area shadows....so they soften up over the distance.

            great work.....lighting is just right

I agree Rolojero, the rug looks like a bed of nails
Good first attempt.I like the design.
Change the sun/directional to vray soft area shadows

This is only a WIP? WOW! incredible!

                Here are my few comments:

                1) the carpet, which was already mentioned, less displacement and it nees a little bit of a border

                2) lets see some water pouring in that fountain! turn it on!

                3) the light fixtures are great, but if they look like they are off even though the lights are shining...blow them out (maybee throw a vray lightmaterial in there instead of the chrome) and add a slight bit of glow around them

                  This scene is simply amazing!

                  Great lightning and great textures!!

Can you share the displaced brown wall texture? Or if you not want, how can i retrieve similar textures?

                  many thanks and congrats!

Your scene is good, only some, only little improvements: imo needs more contrast from the outside light of the ceiling and the displacment of the carpet is a little bit too strong....
                    Your AA is extremely good!

I like your immage especialy because of the architecture also.

lower the bump and the reflections maybe a bit

                        excellent work

I like the lighting and the shadows density and materials ar very very good except for the carpet on this I agree with other users.

A little problem with gi on the walls corners maybe low parameters anyway great image

                        bye and

The Tiles look like they're metal more than ceramic (i guess theyre supposed to be ceramic?), try raising your glossines value.
                          Great work.
