looks more like watery grapefruit juice then applejuice. make it more golden. Id also bevel the edges on the container also.

looks a little bit, as if you should make the juice in the front-glass "smaller" this looks like coincident faces... i am not sure, but this is what it looks like...

i agree about the bevel and the color / density of the juice...

maybe "blowing" a bit in the box will help also?

I don't have any apple juice to compare with but it looks good for me.

perhaps it could do with a bit more light overall... looks a bit 'dull' at the moment IMO.

also the textures look slightly blurry... AA issue perhaps?

textures - yup. little blurry, normally i turn off the blur in the bitmap but i forgot to in this. will turn it off next time i opne the scene.

overlapping faces - nope. cant be that since the way i model my glasses the inside of the glass goes down to the top of the juice and stops there. inside faces from there down are for the juice.

color - i agree about the color. can never seem to get it to look right.

bevel. yeah. i plan on beveling the edges a bit and rounding off corners on the top

            thanks for the C&C

use 1.45 and get rid of all your 'liquid in glass' refraction woes

Looks nice! (despite the artifacts) Did you use translucency for the liquid?
Reminds me of my clumsy attempt for juice a couple of years ago, LOL I waited half a day for that render to finish /J

nah. i just used fog. egzVrayGlass is a good material to use for liquids, Glass. im now rendering up a quick test of the spout.

                      I agree 100%
as a product shot it needs to be much brighter that it is.
also might wanna use catmullrom as ur filter...
                      but i like it otherwise...

O ya...maybe adding some condensation...like water drops on the pack or the lass might pump it up....
u got all that hot weather(Barbados) so its should be more enticing.

actually its not going to be a product shot. this is just fooling around with the model. i need to use the model for another reason.

That is looking very good Da_elf!

One thing. The carton should bulge a little from the juice inside. It seems a bit to square right now. A little sweat on the carton would look great as well. Oops, thats two things.
