Just include it in 3.5. If the framework is there, just copy and paste it into the domelight code
(True story - ones was asked to modify something to a 10 minute animation after the fact - using copy and paste)

I look forward to it. It took 6 hours for a high-resolution, but it looks nice!

super nice in all regards as expected.

good eye on the person who noticed the drawer fronts missing on the base cabinets. that made me notice that the drawer front of the sink has a pull that most likely would not be there since the sink occupies the space a drawer would use. very minor and does not take away from the overall high quality - maybe paint it out?

6 hours! daaaaaaang, well to me better to always us IM and LC you just can't beat the render times, with BF also with my scenes it takes forever, most people can't tell the difference at all so just makes no sense not to use IM and LC

It is hard to get rid of the splotches and noise with IM. What are your IM settings? I tried with just a V-Ray SkyDome, but the render times were the same, so I went back to my HDRI, which looks a lot better.

will share with you some images that are rendering at 2k in under 5 mins and the settings, the trick is simply in the lights, using mostly plane lights, i use them outside the windows also instead of sun etc, its not recommended but it looks good and nothing else maters, in real life truth is photographers place fake lights all around rooms and spaces, even outside windows sometimes to get the ligthing they want, they could care less what's physically correct as long as the image looks amazing

o let me mention, for every renderer in my opinion for interiors when you go physically accurate render times suffer, same with corona and fstorm, always need to trick the scenes to get it how i want and again, i should state for stils no one cares but me, i am the one who suffers watching the render take hours and hours so IM and LC to me, these are the key things for me in vray

I do remember the lights outside the window trick, from a previous project I uploaded for people to trouble shoot. The answer was just that, planes outside the windows. I ended up trying it, it worked, but didn't look as nice as a nice HDRI. Render times are awful, so I guess it is just what you are trying to accomplish.

Thanks. From 6 hours to 8 minutes. The carpet got goofy with fireflies, so I painted over it, which look bad. That's tomorrow's problem.

It's a secret Basically, I got rid of my HDRI and portals and went with simple plane lights with a blue color. Also, I went from BF+LC to IM+LC. Every time I get into trouble, with render times on my interiors, this seems to be the solution.

that's very good info to know. thanks for that. super sweet interiors. I don't get the opportunity to do many interiors but I'm looking forward to the next chance. As a result I think i gotta lot of technique to get up to speed on for that.

The accessories are all very nice. I'm thinking you don't have the time to model all that stuff yourself? Is it from different sources? Could you recommend any of your favorite collections or providers or etc?

                                Thanks!
