I got a little carried away with the interior. The client could only afford one, but it had so much eye candy I had to keep going. 1920X1080 with DOF and motion blur rendered out in 45 minutes per still (3.5). The estimated time was something like 30-40 hours, but it was clean enough with the denoiser in 30-40 minutes.

Here is the one exterior I have so far. I'll need to do at least one more.

Well, I wouldn't say amazing, but I think that they turned out nice. Hopefully the response won't just be a pdf of red marks.

Very nice mood in the interiors, definitely a portfolio piece
A couple of things I'd change:

Wooden ceiling - the scale is so huge it's off the charts. Seems like you are using a texture from single plank to cover a width of couple of meters.
The second shot is the best one of the bunch, but I feel the choice of making foreground out of focus is a bit weird. The large table right in front/left is definitely the focal point, so it should be sharp.
The rugs/carpets seem flat-ish, maybe some more thickness+ displacement
Dance-floor wood finish seems too shiny, it feels like you would definitely slip and fall when going for that first dance.
Mapping of the wooden elements - the window frames/doors could use some more realistic mapping, some structural timber has seams in weird places and mapping going in wrong direction. The large wooden columns and roof joists have all the same mapping, the knots in the wood match perfectly. Just grab some of themat random and throw an UVW Xform modifier on with some offset.

If you are not looking for any crits when posting these, let me know and I'll shut up

                really good job!!

                I agree with viscorbel's critics.

                Anyway very nice renders.

I really like the exposure of the background...well balanced!

                    The interiors look great!

The texture on the ceiling jumped out to me too, also I'm not personally a fan of the drip marks on the concrete in a building like this as it just makes me think it hasn't been sealed properly

Really like the lighting and materials though.

Agree with all the comments. I too agree with the water marks on the inside are too much. This is the first color proof, so I'll have plenty of time to tweak things.

I can't seem to achieve that level of realism with my HDRI's. Do you use Peter Guthrie's

Are you doing something different with color mapping or with your post work?

I get mine from hdri-locations. Just a little post production, but nothing major.
