Hi guys!

I would like to share the last job we did here at the studio.

It's a 3D version of "Coragem", a lion mascot of the Children's Institute of Cancer that will be used on a food company campaign.

It was our first commissioned work rendered in VRAY.

Can you share any details on how you did the fur? I havent actually tried doing any fur in v-ray for modo yet.

Hi! thanks for your comment.

The Hair and tail tip we did with "Sketch guides" on the body we used "Create Guides" in both cases we used Modo hair tools to groom and style.

On the Shaders we used Modo's "Fur material" and "V-ray Hair". Regarding the "Fur material" on the hair we use "Range" with 2 different settings on the blend amount.
