  • First POST ::Hotel Interior::

    Hi @ All First !
I am happy to join the V-Ray Forum....
As I've been watching AROUND HERE for some time, I've said to myself...

<< HERE there are lots of Great GUYs from ALL around the World, who
    DO Really COOL things >>

So, I've decided to encourage myself and SHOW You some of my WORX...

That's a small Hotel Apartment... TASK was to MAKE the DESIGN, with THE LEAST Expenses on Furniture and etc.

#1 In the BATH - the Camera is SET - SO that it looks through the Wall,
I made that with a MATERIAL /on the wall/, to ESCAPE the WARP in the
Verticals.... NOT that those HANDLES Fly in the AIR
#2 I know that TILEs look one and the same, but that's HOW it would
really happen, simply because THEY are 1 and the SAME

...Hope my LEVEL is NOT too BAD for YOU Guys...

    Enjoy!

    P.S.:
ACDSee Lowered the Quality, so Excuses....

BEST WISHES to ALL of YOU

            nice overall......
the thing that bothers me about the bathroom is the same tile for the blue tiles.....it's quite distracting....

for the bedroom, I think you pushed too much light in the room...it almost seems "forced" in.....it would've been mor interesting if it was more subtle, and let indirect lighting do more of the work......

            nice work

I agree with Cocolas about that repetitive pattern oriented in the same direction. You must really correct it. Apart from that everything is ok for me. Lighting & modeling.

If that's about the SEPARATING Glass Wall and its FUXTURES....
ANSWER: They are stuck in the CONCRETE Wall, and after that TILES are
being SEALED, so You cannot see the connection.... that's how it is made!

                @doan & cocolas
about that repetitive pattern oriented in the same direction. You must really correct it.
ANSWER: I've realized that would appear AS a disgusting TILE-Mapping, BUT - that's HOW it really would LOOK LIKE.... Simply because
the TILES in the SHOP are 100% one and the SAME.... I had tried rotating
them in different directions, but it looked even WORSE....

As to the kitchen - I TOTALLY AGREE about the OVER-Lighting....
Because that apartment is located at the BEACH Side, I wanted to make it
more SHINY, so that one can FEEL it's SUMMER time outside and the weather is just calling YOU to go swimming....

                      Very nice renders.

I kinda like the light. Its very much like the light we get during the afternoons here (Dubai).

A bright toilet is always good. On the Palm and Marina that is being built here a lot of the toilets are pretty dull (earthen tones), and it looks really bad. Only reason a lot of those houses have sold out is because of the concept of what they are being built on.

You really should texture the books, but dull textures, it shouldn't attract too much attention of the subject in the scene.

great images dude .... but you need to work on your glass and tiling texture's ...

what are those fixtures connected to?
thats because you cannot see the glass ..

You'RE absolutely right about the GLASS....
Actually in the BATH the MATERIAL is with very low SUBDivisions... so
it RETURNS, black point after tracing....
