blatant settings, man! decrease your aa-settings like natty said. this will reduce your renderingtime.
and DEFINETLY increase your direct-computation settings. use sth. like 3;9 or 4;10 so your room becomes better lighted.
you also can send me your file and i'll have a look at it. there are some major lighting-faults.
daylight? doesnt that combine sunlight and skylight? do you have the skylight option turned off? and what kinda sunlight are you using? standard or ies? these are all important things to know to figure out how to bring that render time down. should just be using a simple direct light to simulate the sun.

yeah, because vray hates lighttracing and your time will thank you.
just use a directional spot from topper left (concluding the whole building within the cone) and check vray-shadows (then area shadows). give it a SLIGHT orange (very slight!).
decrease your gi-multiplier ( to 1; 0.8 ) and use sth. like these hsv-exponential settings:
dark mult.: 2,5 - 3
bright mult.: 1 - 1,2
