It´s a boy updated with explanation on how i did the flowers
image looks great. only comment is that i think the sun needs to be brighter and the scene needs a little more contrast between light and dark. but that's just me.

j.galang: I do not agree with you about more dark shadows sence this is during day in a sunny summer day the shadows are not to dark in my oppinion

And here is an explanation look at the picture below i started to make a spline and when i was satisfied with the shape i converted it to an object.
after i made an particle parray.
Particle type is instanced geometry as instancing geometry i pick the leafs and in basic parameters as object-based emitter i choosed the spline object. and voila! as ju can see on the pic the leafs are tiny but thats because it´s on frame 1 as you all know if you move the time line the leafs will grow any way there are a lots of parameters to tweak with so i will only mention the pararameters that i used and then it is up to you to make your own resault.
the flowers i put them in their place without parray i did it manualy.
the "dirty" textures a bit not good I think, because the babycar and the airballs and the lighting is very idyllic. I would use some more purified texture for that reason.
