Used some displacement. Snow created with simple particles.

is this the weather at your place percy? man u must pay a visit to Brasil some time, maybe then u make vray at the beach..with some palm trees and coconuts.

Great job. Have you seen the snow in the new Blizzard WOW intro? Yours is definitely the same quality. Were the particles composited?

haha no snow yet cocolas. This will actually be my first winter here in KC. Last winters was bad enough IMO.

Thanks Trapezium, that WoW looked pretty badass. The particles are pretty simple, theres like 4 particle systems with simple image moblur, rendered out to tga files then composited over the image. Since it was just going to be an avatar, I didn't go to too much trouble.
