do you have any other lights besides GI and sun??
how long did you work on it fron start to finish......

        great work, man

PS: I also like the design on this one.....the water pond in the middle of the conrridor is really cool....

Well Bernardo,I do have some pointers though, personally, i think that water is very wrong, it looks like mercury, i think that a lot more clearer water with a little bit of glossiness (like .93) with some rocks on the bottom should do the trick, with some fresnel reflections of course. Also, i've seen some much better frosted glass from you, i think that the "block" material on the squared arches is very unrealistic, and the selection on the colors of the trees is very simple, again, i've seen better trees from you as well, so i quite dont get what happened!!
Maybe we can chat some day, i too live in Monterrey you know...

            Thanks!
            Best Regards.

I agree with Zero about the water, it needs some refraction, THEN itll be perfect

why not add some little area-shadows?

thanks for the replys, I've only worked with this image for about 6 hours in total, the client wanted a same day image and I had to use materials from other files without time for adjustments.

About the water the mercury look is on porpouse, I saw a waterfall made out of black metal and the water looked like that, I tried the rocks on the bottom but I tought it was kind of standard and boring. So the idea was to get different look on the water.

About the trees, I have to agree that this are not the best, but I tried the tree bitmaps and for some reason they were turning out all burned out and with a short deadline the 3D trees were my only way out and the area shadows look much better but the render time was a factor again.

                      fantastic job!
this space deserves more than six hours. the client needs a kick.
maybe if the trees were darker they would be less obvious.
