  • Bionicle Robots

This is something that I was trying to finish the last few weeks - so here it is. The concept is from a toy that my bro has at home.

    Software: The Holy Trinity (max6/vray/phtshop)

The characters are fully skinned and rigged.
Hope you like it - crits are wellcome.
(I didn't emphasize much on the scene setup, meaning that it could be more interesting, but ... no timeeeee! haha)

    Best Regards,
    Tisho

I like the composition and the models
the scene results funny with those 3 robots "the curious, the bad and the gentlerobot"

Maybe u could give importance giving a drammatic lightings for u doesn't seems a problem seeing your feeeling on the materials and rigging (I mean for a expertuser like u)

I know my english is very bad

    bye and congratulations

haha looks great! your glossy reflections look a little grainy though. are you going for a glossy plastic or metallic? referring mostly to the green material.

percy -> more of a glossy metallic, but i didn't want to crank up the subdivs a lot because rendering time would have gone crazy The vraydisplacement on the models is slowing it down enough I think...

silver -> you are always wellcome to ask questions, man, and I hope that I can always help you when you ask.
          Best Regards,
