    A prelimanary test with V-Ray Fur for a project I am working on, pretty low res model to test the feasability of using vray fur in the animation.

                render times are not too bad , this one took 3 mins on a dual 3.0 , first time I read that Jon, I thought it was ball with an "s"

                    As a joke, you could render one with a ball similar to that classic Renderman shader with the big red star. Or is he the horny type?
