Where do you find this? Their roads are kind of poor.

It is under "Pavement " category. maybe you need to update to find it .
Will post a screenshot for it tomorrow when I get back to the office .

Sorry but I'm not following here =D
I have just picked that preset and applied to spline . I've noticed that these tiles are geometry and not texture so I'm not sure how much it would be usefull to use it outside Railcone
