This is a project that I let go rogue. So many people involved and they were making so many contradictory comments. I was given old documents and I wasn't told until the 2nd set of revisions and each time I posted proofs people asked which space it was and it wasn't the space they told me, however, it was the space the person who was paying me told me to do. Comments like, "didn't I direct you to remove the art on the wall?" and I would forward emails from someone else asking me why I took it off and to put it back on. Seriously, it became a joke. Finally, months later, the architect and developer lost interest and said that they didn't want anything to do with the project; the real estate person, the person who hired me, took back over. It was nice to have one person to deal with like my contract says, but at this point, the architect wouldn't answer any emails about design drawing questions.

It could have been a neat project and the time changing things back and forth could have been spent making some awesome images. Personally, at some point, I need to take on less projects and make more money for the ones I do take. Everyone is in such a rush and they don't seem to care as much about quality.

I Liked the exterior here.. Looking nice
Sorry to hear about the nightmare u have been through and I can feel you
We had almost the same issue with a new client.. There were like 5 architects running the project with different comments like make the glass darker / lighter more /less reflective . Etc. To add to that they worked before the revision with another company on the renders and they send it to us to "inspire" it wasn't bad (if we removed the instagram filters with lensflare everywhere) but far away from our style of rendering...it was the first and the last project with them.

I guess it is part of the game. Yeah, this one someone had me make the glass darker so there is more contrast and then later someone said that the glass is too dark and doesn't look real. At this point, I started documenting everything.

These renderings are far away from what you have done in the past in terms of realism in my opinion.

I spent more time working on the dumbest stuff on this one. It is one of those that the client calls all the shots. I don't think it is too bad.

It's not too bad....You post a lot of stuff and we are seeing your evolution thru the years. This particular project is not that good as your previous renderings.in my opinion..... the exterior ones look like they were done many years ago.
The glass is not reflecting the environment, the windows need curtains, blinds... something!!! and the balconies as well need something in there.... the composition I think needs more room around the building...It's too tight.

I agree...this client is really unprepared for things and everything is a rush. I might play with it later. I am tight on the scene because he isn't willing to pay for me to model the surrounding buildings. The last two jobs with him I did model other buildings, without charging, but I told him that I'll need to charge for changes on any other new work. His solution is to zoom way in on the building.

The interiors look fantastic Bobby. I don't really have a problem with the exteriors, but I'm curious about the brick scale - something seems a bit off. I don't know if it's the grout size, or the width of the brick? I'm sure you sized them to the correct spec, they just seem larger than normal or something.

The brick was smaller, but they said it was too small and they wanted it larger. I think they are 9" X 4".
