  • Service Apartment 3d Walkthrough

Hi,I have spent around 24 days on creating models, texturing, lighting and doing some post works and added some texts in after effects.
All render are done with one core i7 machine using Brute Force and Light Cache (this is also my first try with BF + LC).

Hoping you will like the video and thank you for watching.

the text overlays give away that it wasnt done for a client, the language is super wrong. 'monotone design, one color palette, simplistic' etc is not sales language. it will scare away marketing people that you are trying to pitch to. it's a very small thing, but showing that you get it and can speak the same language as a sales team is super important when working with those people.

The 3d is solid, serviceable - just wanted to give you that comment as you may not realise how much it will matter if you're using this to pitch.

You dont need an English course - you need to start reading marketing materials for properties and studying the kinds of things that are said in sales brochures.

This looks really nice and knowing that it was rendered on one machine in this short time is amazing !
my 2 cents that try to avoid too wide lens in animation as its distortion is more visible .

Simply, I love to put pixels together! Sounds easy right : ))

higher technically is better and reduce distortion but artisticly you can lower it to get the desired results .. Something like 30- 35 is good from my limited experience.. I think someone here can add more to this subject as I don't do much animations =D
