Would you believe that I have three people asking about the same project and two started the same projects with me? One paid in full and the other paid the deposit; it has been a strange project thus far. The developer reached out with a vague description and no drawings, so I quoted him a tentative price, which I rarely do. He paid the deposit to get on my schedule and then the real estate lady contacted me about her project, which was the same, but with drawings and a different name. The real estate lady paid in full. Not until I hounded the developer for drawings did I realize it was the same project.

I was, but I emailed them after I found the error. I offered them a refund of the over payment or a second view; I have not heard back.
