Nice job, love it.
Hey I've wondered about some posts from the Arch Viz community. When you say it took however many hours... Are you saying that you modeled all of that also or is it primarily the materials, placement and lighting? Very impressive either way

Yeah from start to finnish .. apart from the stock models like seating i do it all .. I think because ive been doing this sort of stuff now for around cough cough 12 years ... im fast, i know exactly what makes a material act the way it does and can quickly tweak Qmc settings to get fast results.
At the end of the day the quicker i can produce this work the more money i can make, its not all about money i know ... i love what i do, ive just become very efficient at it ! and i love money lolololol ....

please do. please do. it took me about 3 months or so to build http://www.elfpro3d.com/GS/Marina/test20.jpg and i was talking with percy and he said he could do that in a couple of weeks rather than a couple of months. all be it there were no digital blueprints to start with. all was on paper. and i ran into tonnes of architectural errors they never noticed untill i started modeling it in 3d. i too love what i do however i still have to pay bills. right now im only barely breaking even and would love to be able to actually make profits. that marina project was 3500$ USD so obviously if it took a few months it really wasnt worth the work put into it.
