    It will happen, but I can't as of yet say exactly when. Otherwise, nVidia and AMD cards separately seem to work fine (f.e. you can use the AMD card for the viewports, and the nVidia card for GPU rendering).

      That is the way I'm running it now, and I can confirm it runs well, even though I hate to see the 1600 processors on the ATI sitting idle.

      Does ATI OpenCL work as well as nvidia now with RT? I'm thinking of replacing my GTX460 with the new FirePro 7900 and use my existing ATI HD5870 as supporting renderer (assuming AMD allows that as opposed to Nvidia).

        With the latest drivers, it works ok. We are also working with AMD to improve the performance of V-Ray RT on their hardware.
