  • RT GPU scene crash

Hi Vlado, i'm testing an exterior scene with RT Gpu but got some problems with it when trying to make a render.

That scene contains a couple of multiscatter objects (istancing igrass models), a pair of birch tree, a simple vraysun/sky lighting and 10 vrayIES lights.

Rendering with rt cpu is fine but when trying to rendering using gpu version i got a "vray standalone crash" while translating scene for v-ray, like shown in the pic :

    vraylog:
    [2011/Jun/5|16:50:51] [VRender] Constructor entered.
    [2011/Jun/5|16:50:51] Setting default filter kernel.
    [2011/Jun/5|16:50:51] [VRender] Constructor done.

I'm using those vray settings :

    performance : 128/8
    gpu texture size : 128

    My hw spec is : i7 2600 cpu + gtx460 2gb card (275.33 drivers - cuda 4.0.1) + 8gb ddr3

I can send you the scene if that can help solving the problem

    Thanks so much.
    Thomas
