Try deleting the *.clbin file in your temporary Windows folder (type %temp% in a Windows Explorer window to go there).

      Ive deleted entire folder
      It works. o.o

Edit. Nop it dont work. It goes straight to CPU mode... but no crash - so gotta troubleshot it now. Maybe need restart - i've re added my gtx to devices and same thing happen again - instant crash

That was fun thanks Vlado ! Gotta add it to my list of tweaks

Also while I'm at it - how to set up environmental variable to use both cpu and gpu ?

Well, if all else fails, email me to vlado@chaosgroup.com and I'll get you an updated build that should work better.

        The environment variable is VRAY_OPENCL_MIXED_MODE

        Best regards,
        Vlado

          Thanks.

Will fight with it for a bit longer and see how it goes.

Are there any more temp files that I could get rid off that could cause some issues ?

Yep, in %appdata%\nVidia\ComputeCache - you can try deleting these as well.

            Best regards,
