  • casting Vraylight shadow in cuda

    Hi Vlado,
thanks againg for give us the Cuda Option to choose.

I see that if i create a VrayLight and make it invisible, Cuda engine cast the Shadows of the light ( a rectangular shadow if i create a Plane Vraylight..) while RT-cpu no.

Will it be fixed in the next release or it's impossible to fix because of cuda?

    Hi,
Could you make an example image for this, please.
Also the steps to reproduce the issue.
    Thank you.

      the example in attachment.
as you can see Cuda cast the shadow of the vrayLight....RtCpu no.

PS: to reproduce...create a VrayLight and check invisible.

Hehe, it will take a while; that part of the code is a bit tricky.

            Best regards,

Should work as expected, can you check again?
If it was that easy, it would have already been done
