vertical camera offset issue

there is no match in vertical camera offset viewport and RT-CPU Activeshade render.

Hello there could you please check if this is for CPU or GPU - we have made some test right now - and in our test horizontal and vertical offset are working fine on CPU - and they don't on GPU.
