Having such a high resolution is great only if the UIs scale accordingly. What a nightmare it must be to use max on that laptop ! Is it even usable ?

Fusion has this cool feature "DirectX View". When enabled it displays anything you´re currently editing in fullscreen mode on the secondary monitor. When the image is larger than the screen resolution it´s scaled down to fit the monitor. Would be neat to have a feature like this in the VFB as well.

Vlado, how about a "Fit to size" in the vfb? Something every comp software viewer has, basically the image is scaled accordingly to the windows size.
There's also another annoying thing, if i maximize the vfb windows (or also manually make it "big" in the screen) and relaunch the render from the render setting button it keeps re-resizing itself. Does it happen just here?

We only do powers of 2 scaling right now. Not that we can't do fractional scaling, but it would make the code more complicated than I like. After all, we write a renderer and the VFB is a little side thing.

For the resizing issue, yes, it happens here too. I think we've tried to fix it a couple of times unsuccessfully. We'll look into it again.

              Best regards,
              Vlado

I know, but it's soooo nice instead of the damn standard buffer
Thanks again for the great support.
