          Yes, good question. I have been downloading the nightlies, they are not there. Do they get added on the SP rather than nightlies?

            The feature should appear in the nightlies first. Unfortunately it is not implemented yet, we are still working on it.

                    It should work with the latest nightly (stable) builds. Try to set it like this:

                      The VRaybumpmtl seems like an odd workaround to me.
                      Could the rounded edges not be added to "options" section of the vraymtl as a permanent feature? See attachment for dodgy photoshop hacked UI
                      That would then do away with having to use the VRayedgetex for rounded edges.

                        That seems cool to me, having to do an extra map for every material is somewhat cumbersome and now having to do 3 maps to achieve rounded edges and bump at the same time, for every material... Chris' solution seems like a time saver, specially when you have a lot of materials to do like this.

                            By the way, I tried this out. I like it, but it gives different results in Adv against RT. Its concerning because I want to be able to render in either engine, depending on what I have available at the moment.

                              Nope, will not be doing that. We have a bunch of materials (car paint, physical material in max 2017, the alSurface one, skin material etc), I have no intention of adding rounded corners parameters to all of them. The VRayEdgesTex approach works well, it just needs some additions to be truly useful.
